He is survived by: his children, David Leon Balluck of Elkins and Aleshia; his son-in-law Travis Dickerson of Ozark; his brother Eddy Balluck (Mary Droho); and his granddaughter Amelia Dickerson of Ozark. He is also survived by one niece and many cousins.
