He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Carter Phillips of Goshen, AR; his son Christopher Price Phillips (Nikki Phillips) of Goshen, Arkansas; his brothers, Phil Phillips Jr. (Judy Phillips) of Rogers and Ren Phillips (Pam Phillips); and his brother-in-law Michael Carter (Linda Carter) of Lowell, AR.
