He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thiede and Mary Jane Thiede (Hough). He is survived by: his wife Liv Dennison; his daughters, Stephanie Auslam (Josh), Samantha Erickson (Corey) and Sabrina Thiede; his grandchildren, Taylor Erickson (Brittney), Hagen Thiede (Marley), Olivia Erickson, Reese Erickson, Caroline Thiede, Anna Grace Erickson and Jace Auslam; and his sister Jill Davis (Lee). He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (206 W Johnson Ave, Springdale, AR 72764).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to Circle of Life Hospice, whose exceptional care and compassion brought comfort to Scott and his family in his final days.
