She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Walker (Nolan Cain) of Fayetteville; her siblings, Jerral Cain of Salinas, CA, Arthur Cain of Washington, Ronnie Cain of Springdale, Zandra Parson of Springdale, Janice Swift of Springdale and Clela Burleson of Sallisaw; and her stepsisters, Janie McKee of Springdale and Vicki Watson of Fayetteville.
She is survived by: her husband Layton "Scoop" Stephens Jr. of Springdale; her daughters, L'Donna Stephens (Roger Reso II) of Springdale and Heather Culpepper (David); her grandson Evan of Fayetteville; and her stepbrother Kenny Bloss of Springdale. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
