We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2025, at the age of 60, Stacy Short Bowen (Springdale, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Stacy Short departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Stacy Short may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Stacy Short leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Bowen; and her father Herman Schmidt Jr. Stacy. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Walker; her sister Sherri Wyatt (Lee); her nieces, Amanda Henderson (Thomas) and Amber Comer (Dalton); her great-nieces, Raelynn and Henleigh Comer; her aunts, Judy Martin and Beverly North (Joel); and her uncle Kenneth Schmidt (Linda). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
