He is survived by: his wife Ramona Ketchum Johnson; his children, Seth Johnson of Springdale, Arkansas, Stephanie Johnson of Fayetteville and Sarandy Westfall (Jeffrey) of Van Buren, Arkansas; his siblings, Mark Johnson (Girlie) of Cambodia, Paul Johnson (Amy) of Rogers, Tim Johnson (Teresa) of Centerton, Arkansas and Carole Gardner (Ray) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his grandson Gus Westfall.
