She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin McGarrah and Agnes McGarrah; and her sister Sharon McGarrah. She is survived by: her husband Frank Rizley of Lowell; her daughters, Shelly Wheeler (Monte Wheeler) of Springdale and Angela Luper (Frankie Luper) of Springdale; her grandchildren, Cameron, Ashley Luper, Ashton, Zack Pillstrom, Madison Vickery, Chloe Wheeler, Maclain Wheeler and Lily Luper; and her siblings, James McGarrah, Dennis McGarrah and Janet Kragel. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
