It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Lee Winters of Springdale, Arkansas, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on May 18, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Winters and Mildred Winters; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Bauer and Bill Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Donna Winters; his siblings, Billy (Charlotte Winters), Louise Bauer, Marilyn Winters and Linda (Keith Elkins); his children, Allen, Nicci Winters, Bill and Kristin Winters; his grandchildren, Max, Zack, Owen, Sarah, Wyatt, Hannah and Xander Winters; and his great grandchild Winnie Ellis. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (1101 W Hudson Rd, Rogers, AR 72756).

Tommy's wit, warmth, and unwavering love for his family and community will be remembered always "In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church would be appreciated.".
