She was predeceased by: her husband James Lewis; her parents, James Todd and Edith Todd; and her sister Jimmie Lou Whorton. She is survived by: her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Lillian Patrick of Springdale; her daughters, Sherri (Kenny Pianalto) and Jennifer (Allen Henderson); and her sister Hazel Sanders of Springfield, Missouri.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
