She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Columbus "Lum" Scroggins and Beatrice Mallett Scroggins (Christopher Columbus Scroggins); her husband Raymond Blair; her brother Farrell Scroggins; her son David Blair; and her granddaughter Aubrey Slechta.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Blair (California) and Susan Blair (Morrilton); her brothers, Jerry Scroggins (Morrilton) and Jimmie Scroggins (Springfield); and her granddaughters, Jennifer McCarthy (Florida) and Chelsea Slechta (Morrilton). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
