He is survived by: his significant other Jan Swope; his brother Jerry Scroggins (Mona Kaye); and his nieces and nephews, Susan Blair, Barbara Marler, Jimmy Blair and Shannon Scroggins. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mallettown Cemetery.
