She is survived by: her close friend Butch Hinton; her children, Christopher Wade (Anna) of Ashdown, AR and Faith Wade (Kaleb Andrews) of Ashdown, AR; her stepdaughter Brittany Wade of Hooks, TX; her brothers, Joe O'Neal of Fouke, AR, Perry Hawkins of Texarkana, AR and Tim Hawkins of Texarkana, TX; her grandchildren, Connor Wade, Braxton Briley, Branton Briley, Makynlee Gist, Brianna Sumler and Baylee Sumler; and her great grandchild Koa Wade. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the A. O. Smith Funeral Homes (Thomas Street Chapel) (703 Thomas St, Stamps, AR 71860). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 5:00 PM.
