He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Vance M. Strange of Stamps, AR and Monda E. Strange (Dunn) of San Francisco; his stepmother Lydia Strange; his brother Bruce Strange; and his friends, Frank "Paco", Gini Rowland and Bill Otto.
He is survived by : his significant other Claudia Diane Strange (Ashby); his siblings, Vance II of Conway and Deborah Ward of Tucson, AZ; his sons, Steve Jr., Douglas (Shelly) and Vance III; his grandchildren, Hannah, Ashby, Harleigh, Vance IV, Trip, Elle and Troy; and his friends, Don Disterheft of Conway, Steve, Judi Rubin of Moraga, CA, Craig James, Lynn Becker of Phoenix, AZ, Bob, Ellen Oddone of Pauma Valley, CA, Glen, Jan Hildebrand of Conway, AR, Jimbo, Terri Hendrickson of Conway, AR, Pat Otto and David Urrea of San Francisco, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
