He is survived by: his wife Opal Rae Fountain Brooks of Star City; his children, Lee Brooks of Glendale and Nancy Brooks Malone of Glendale; his grandchildren, Wendy Nicholson, Brandy Nicholson, Jamie Lamont and Courtney Malone; and his great grandchildren, Kati Nicholson, Kassi Nicholson, Deanna Nicholson, Dixie Nicholson, Mark Huante and Owen Elliott. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
