He is survived by : his son David Crutchfield (Ashley) of Star City; his siblings, Jamie Drewery (Frankie), Dianne McGee (Buddy) of Star City, Rhonda McGriff (Larry) of Star City, Liquinta Pipes (David) of New Edinburg and Denise Stanley (Keith) of Redfield; and his grandchildren, Torcan Lowry, Brannagh Lowry, William Allen Crutchfield, Harper Olivia Crutchfield, Declan Wynn and Lilli.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Service (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
