She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Thacker and Inez Thacker Graham; and her granddaughter Elizabeth M. Garcia. She is survived by: her children, Donald McVay (Tanya), Michelle Powell (Michael) and Brian McVay; and her grandchildren, Sarah Garner (Jon), Austin Powell (Sarah), Alex Powell (Neelie), Brandon McVay (Jillian), Jacob McVay (Jacqueline), Lydia McVay and Luke McVay. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
