It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert King of Star City, Arkansas, who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolly King and Charlie Clayton; his wife Mary Louise Grant King; and his siblings, Julian King (Mary), Big Bud King, Little Bud King, Juanita Krumry (Tex), Dahlia Balgard (Julius), Lucille Aymond (Jackie), Patsy Kay Graves (Floyd) and Mary Elizabeth Thompson (Joe).
He is survived by: his children, Hubert Lee King and Diane Hawkins (Thomas); his sisters, Patricia Ann Brown and Charlene Porter (Richard); his grandchildren, Hunter Hawkins, Taylor Hawkins, Logan Hawkins and Gharett Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Henslee, Rylee, Broggan, Remy and Hayes Fredrick-Authur Hawkins; and his sister-in-law Louise King. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
