He was predeceased by: his father Chester Phillips; his son Gregory Phillips; and his siblings, Chester Lee Phillips and Carolyn Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Loyd Phillips, Jr. (Jaime) of Tarry, Roy Phillips (Katy) of Star City and Sonya Hartsfield (Donnie) of Watson Chapel; his grandchildren, Zach, Austin, Kaitlyn, Sonny, Matias, Lucas, Daniel, Mallori, Sunni and Kristen; and his great grandchildren, Monroe, Lynnon, Cate and Tripp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
