It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Owen Grumbles of Star City, Arkansas, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David Simeon; her grandson John Dewayne Postel; and her siblings, Betty Conner, Loyd Owen, Lee Owen, Leon Owen, Alvin Owen and Thomas Owen.
She is survived by: her husband William Earl Grumbles; her daughter Amy Grumbles Postel (Randy) of Star City; her siblings, Nolen Owen (Wanda), Louise Parker of Star City, Helen Owen of Star City and Pauline Myrick (Herman) of Star City; her grandchildren, Kelsey Ford (Dusty) of Vilonia and Kinsey Postel of Star City; her great grandchildren, Stella Grace Ford and Ripley Owen Ford; and her granddaughters, Traci Weatherford-Brown of Pittsburg, PA and Rachel Weatherford Martin of Cypress, TX..
