He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Hawkins and Fay Cameron Hawkins; and his sister Helen Hawkins Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Morgan Hawkins; his sons, Phillip Glenn Hawkins (Celeste) of Comfort, TX and James M. Hawkins (Marsha) of Star City, AR.; his grandchildren, Leslie Tudor (John), Trent Hawkins (Ally), Matthew Hawkins (Loren), Slade Hawkins (Julie), Renee Hawkins and Katherine Hawkins (Mark Lacayo); and his great grandchildren, Graham Tudor, Annalee Hawkins, Liam Tudor, Declan Tudor, William Hawkins, Myla Hawkins and Cooper Hawkins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
