He was predeceased by: his father John Lee. He is survived by: his brothers, John O'Neill (Nancy) of Star City and Lee O'Neill (Debby) of White Hall; his nieces and nephews, Tabitha Moore, Ashley Matthews, Jaycee Sweet, John O'Neill, Michael O'Neill and Justin O'Neill; his great-nieces, Aubree Moore and Emery Matthews; and his great-nephew Case Moore.
