He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Harper and Kathryn Bradshaw Harper; and his brothers, Kevin B. Harper and Gary Harper. He is survived by: his children, Madison LaVerne "Mac" Harper of Star City and Beth Graves (Chris) of Haskell; his brother Barry Harper of Altheimer; and his grandchildren, Colton Robertson, Ellie Harper, Harper Graves and Kathryn Harper. He is also survived by 4 step-grandsons; and many extended family and friends.
