He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Smith and Lucinda Smith (Darlyne); and his son Randy Harold Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Cassidy of Magnolia and Sandra Swilley (Jeff) of Camden; his grandchildren, Jason Cassidy (Laura) of Magnolia, Josh Cassidy, Mary Coburn of Jackson, MS, Justin Smith of Deland, FL and Susan Smith of Little Rock; his great grandchildren, Audrey Cassidy of Magnolia, Jaylen Carroll, Parker Carroll of Little Rock, Rayne Smith and Cash Smith of Deland; his sister Melba Heath of Prescott; and his nephew Ronnie Ford of Prescott.
