He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Burrow and Alice Burrow (Waters); his wife Vickie Lynn Burrow; his son Charlie Wallace; his grandson Rex; his father-in-law James Richey; his stepfather Richard Hoffman; and his brother-in-law Tim Richey.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Wallace (Lauri), Amber Burrow and Violet Burrow; his siblings, Joe Burrow (Christie), John Hoffman and Tammy Billings (Bill); his mother-in-law Vickie Richey; his siblings-in-law, Laura Bristow (Jeffery) and Billy Dixon; and his grandchildren, Madison, John, Justin, Cailin, JaKobe, Jace, Aubree, Madi and Jackson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church (113 S Main St, Strawberry, AR 72469). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
