He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Norris and Hattie Henry; his wife Bobbie Jean Norris; his son Travis Norris, Jr.; his grandsons, Jesse Maroney and Dominic Powell; and his siblings, Dwayne Norris and Carolyn Mock.
He is survived by: his son Tommy Norris (Shari); his stepchildren, Heather Allen (Josh), Karen Kingery (Gene), Jamie Taylor, Buddy Taylor, Mark Taylor (Trish), Suzette Rowell (Johnny Carl) and Teresa Cone (Scott); his grandchildren, Patrick Maroney, Josh Norris (Amanda), Nathon Kingrey, Jr., Dakota Powell, Jordon Norris, Tate Allen, McKenzie Norris, Sarah Taylor and Lukis Borck; his great grandchildren, Braden, Jessica, Harper, Able, Bella, Harvey and Keslynn; and his brothers, Ronnie Norris (Lois Ann), Gary Norris (Cheryl) and Troy Norris.
