It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Gail Carter of Stuttgart, Arkansas, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Murry and Maggie Maxie Carter; and her brother Robert Murry Carter Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Carlos Carter (Dianne) of Stuttgart, Dwight Carter (Elizabeth) of Stuttgart and Debbie Carter of Texarkana, Ark.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
