He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Bivens and Mary Bass Bivens; his wife Eveleen Bivens; his son Darrin Bivens; and his siblings, Morris Bivens and Pattie Bivens.
He is survived by: his son Donald Bivens of Stuttgart. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
