He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Milroy and Opal Milroy of Stuttgart, AR.. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Lynn" Stuart Milroy; and his children, Britt Milroy (Mary) and Robyn Ward (Shawn). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Faith Community Church (3703 Ryburn Rd, Pine Bluff, AR 71603).
