He was predeceased by: his son McKenzie Cyr; his mother Barbara Jackson; his adoptive parents, Kathy Bell and Gerald Bell; and his granddaughter JamieLynn Arnold.

He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cyr of Stuttgart; his children, Sally Arnold (Jimmy) of Nevada and Mark Cyr (Dominque) of Minnesota; and his siblings, Gary Bell (Melissa) of Arizona, Charles Bell of Arizona, Ronnie Bell of California, Benjamin Bell of California and Diane Hemme (Bob) of Arizona. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
