He was predeceased by : his parent Mikey Prislovsky; and his sister Mendy Hoskyn. He is survived by : his mother Ann Posey Prislovsky of Stuttgart; his wife Paula Prislovsky; his daughter Jillian Kate Horton (Justin) of Rogers; his stepson Gabe McTigrit (Genny) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Sloane Elizabeth Horton, Morgan Kate Horton and Madelyn Grace McTigrit; his brother Tony Prislovsky of Stuttgart; his nephew Taylor Hoskyn of Jonesboro; and his niece Brittany Briggs of DeWitt.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Alban's Episcopal Church (1201 S Main St, Stuttgart, AR 72160).
