Scarbrough; her daughters, Evelyn Renea Pannell and Tawanna Sims (David); her grandsons, Michael Ray Pannell (Shauntae) of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Roderick Pannell (Bridgette) of Stuttgart, Arkansas; her siblings, Patricia McKinney of Little Rock, Arkansas and Arthur McKinney (Shelia) of Stuttgart, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Verlinda Jones of Stuttgart and Lavalli McKinney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Buck, Chrisneisha (Munchie), Shyneka (Pooh), Santorriun (San), LaiDaisah (Moo), Emerald, Michael Ray, Jr., Roland and Honesti Johnson; her great grandchild Latavion Scott; her nephew Brandon Murry; her close friends, James Coleman, Frank Toney and Sandra Atkins; Alma McKinney and Reverend Ivory Gaskin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Relerford Funeral Home (301 S College St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Victors Empowerment Center (802 N College St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A repast will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Holman Heritage Community Center (605 N Buerkle St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Lone Tree Cemetery Pavilion (1740 Hwy 79b, Stuttgart, AR 72160).
