She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Johnny-Paul Ross and Joyce Ross Freeman; her grandparents, Robert, Mary Ross, Eugene "Gene" and Maddie-Pearl Settles; her aunts, Wilma Bradford, Marylene "MaeMae" Dabner, Dorothy Qualls and Roxie Luckett; her sons, Tykiana "Ty" Shavers and David "DJ" Burks; and her grandchildren, Chandler "King" Sims and Kaisley Marie "Kae" Sims. She was also cherished by her five aunts: and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Relerford Funeral Home (301 S College St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Benton Temple Church of God in Christ (1208 N Maple St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A repast was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at the Traveler's Rest Missionary Baptist Church (914 E 1st St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A burial was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery (6219 Princeton Pike, White Hall, AR 71602).
