He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Hertlein (Hoffsteter) of Subiaco; his children, Ashley Young (Shane) of Dardanelle, Megan Henson (Jared) of Clarksville and Matthew Hertlein of Subiaco; his grandchildren, Emily Young, Kate Young, Brooklynn Meimerstorf, Kinley Young, Hayden Meimerstorf and Joseph Henson; his sisters, Karen Binz (Donald) of Paris, Barbara McHargue of Virginia, Kay Berry of Jasper and Donna Hertlein of Subiaco; and his aunt Connie Hertlein of Subiaco.
