He is survived by: his wife Beverly Carter (Olinger); his children, Michael Paul Carter (Mary) of Sulphur Rock and Norah (Rodney Tilley) of Greenbrier; his brothers, Rickey Carter (Glenda) of Sulphur Rock and Ronny Carter (Nancy) of Sulphur Rock; and his grandchildren, Logan Weller, Ethan Weller, Aspen Treadway, Kayla Smart and Bobby Smart. He is also survived by seven great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
