Hermon Lee Cox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hermon Lee Cox of Summers, Arkansas, who passed away on August 6, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Henry and Gertrude Helen Cox (Wilson); his sons, Michael Cox and Leonard Cox; his brothers, Alfred Cox and Theron Cox; and his nephew Keith Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita McClain Cox; his son Stephen Cox (Mary); his daughter-in-law Geraldine Cox; his grandchildren, Carrie McBane (Tommy), Kimberly Holt (Tim), Aaron Cox (Melissa) and Brittney Sanford (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Dakotah, Draven, Kaydance Glisson, Ayden, Gavyn, Trevyn Holt, Harrison Cox, Noah Atha, Brenna, Mercy and Hannah Sanford; and his nephews, Kent Cox (Carla) and Kevin Cox (Joey).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Liberty Baptist Church (22361 Dutch Mills Rd, Lincoln, AR 72744).
