He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Richmond Bandy; his children, Brian Bandy (Teresa) of El Dorado, AR and Julie Morris (Dub) of Taylor, AR; his son-in-law Scott Merritt; his grandchildren, Katie Murphy (Rich), Shelbi Kamm (John), April Cartwright (Michael), Aaron Morris (Sara), Dustin Morris (Katie), Heath Merritt (Kastle), Krystal Murphy and Kirstie Brooks (Shawn); his sisters, Peggy Brown of Rogers, AR, Sheryl Stiles (Loyd) of Pelahatchie, MS and Sue Russell (Stanley) of Taylor, AR; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Richmond of Bradley, AR and Dennis Richmond (Trudy) of Bernice, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
