She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nolte and Faye Nolte; her husband Billy Bland; her son Billy "Butch" Bland Jr.; and her brother Fredrick William "Billy" Nolte.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Umphries; and her sons, Terry (Kathy) of Norman, Jim (Lisa) of Taylor and Rick (Francine) of Taylor, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
