She was predeceased by: her parents, Doss Pyle and Beatrice Pyle (Canterbury); her husband Jimmie Aulton Spells, Sr.; her siblings, Canterbury (Jo), Ann Tucker (Floyd), Bruce Pyle (Kay), Luther Dale Pyle and Stella Lou Pyle; her brother-in-law Johnny Gathright; and her grandson James Nations.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Nations (Allen) and Aulton Spells (Shannon); her grandchildren, Waylon Ball (Halie), Joel Ball (Summer) and Jordan Adkins (Josh); her great grandchildren, Mary Beth Nations, Hayden, Lawson, Wyatt Ball, Benton, Briar Ball, Jericho Adkins, Kinsley Nations, Bristol Nations, Jameson Nations, Gracey Crawford and MaKaylah Crawford; and her siblings, Pansy Farr of Taylor, Jack Pyle (Ruby) of Springdale and Effie Gathright of Mountain View.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Harper Springs Cemetery (517 Harper Springs Rd, Huttig, AR 71747).
Memorial donations may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
