He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Ray and Refugio "Cookie" Aguirre Toms; and his wife Martha Jean Toms. He is survived by : his daughters, Lyndi Toms Jean (Cale) of Magnolia, AR, Kati Toms Garland (Blake) of Benton, LA and Amy Emerson of Magnolia, AR; his grandchildren, Rhett Jean, Farrah Jean, Abel Jean, Gabriella Jean, Owen Garland, Hadley Emerson, Landry Emerson and Brittan Emerson; his siblings, Jimmy Ray Toms of Taylor and Teresa Toms of Taylor; and his daughter Sheila Toms Impson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
