She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wallace "Bob" Basham and Alma Basham (Zimmerman); her husbands, Gerald Winfred Burns and James Adair; her son Andy Winfred Burns; and her brother Bobby Jack Basham (Joan).
She is survived by: her son Robert Burns (Tina) of Gilmer; and her grandchildren, Robert W. Burns (Kimberly) of Emerson, Amanda Ostenfield (Scott) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Samantha Burns, Wayne Burns, Lucas Watson and Lakelyn Ostenfield.
