He is survived by: his wife Clara Franklin; his daughters, Jessica Brown (Michael) of Queen City and Tasha Cantrell of Texarkana, Arkansas; his nephew Jeremy Franklin of Austin, Texas; his siblings, Larry Franklin (Deanna) of Gray, Thomas Franklin of Longview, Texas, Kathryn Willbanks of Texarkana, Arkansas., Elizabeth Anderson of Texarkana, Arkansas. and Cynthia Phillips of Texarkana, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Hailey Franklin, Andrea Stout, Travis and Caleb Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
