He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Caver and Willie Caver; and his son Kevin Franklin Caver. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Caver of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sons, Tim Caver (Kelly) of Texarkana and Steven Caver (Allison) of Stuttgart, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Hudson Caver, Bryce Caver, Eva Caver, Emery Caver, Andrew Balentine, Zach Herring, Taylor Crawley, Bella Herring and Jackson Herring; and his siblings, Benny (Linda Caver), Joe (Lana Caver) and Janis Burton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home – Arkansas (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
