It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Rowe of Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Collier and Lois Collier; and her sister-in-law Denise Collier. She is survived by: her brother Terry Collier of Mena; her children, Teena Elrod (Max) of Texarkana, Rod McLelland (DeNyse) of Farmington and Kevin Rowe (Katy) of Texarkana; her grandchildren, Hunter Elrod (Kat), Ashtyn Turner (Donnie), Hosston Rowe, Sage Rowe, Taylor Atwood and Parker Atwood; and her great grandchildren, Huntlee Elrod, Audrey Elrod, Leif Turner and Wren Turner.
