She was predeceased by: her husband Ober Neal; her parents, Dorothy Mae Elkins and Lawrence Charles Elkins; and her siblings, Lawrence Charles Elkins Jr., James Lee Elkins, Henry Charles Elkins, Dennis Elkins, Brenda Kay Elkins and Vera Elkins.
She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Louis Elkins of Tucker, AR and Jerry D. Elkins (Patience) of Aurora, CO; and her close friend Chika Jones of Texarkana, TX. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
