He is survived by : his parents, Billy Carter and Pam Carter of Texarkana, Arkansas; his sisters, Tara (Gary Jeans), Amanda (Larry Davis), Mary Carter and Tammy Ammons of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his grandmother Evelyn Stevens of Hooks. He is also survived by many uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
