He is survived by: his brother George "Butch" Kingston Jr.; his daughters, Sarah (Chris Pierce) and Kimberli (Chris Miller); and his grandchildren, Caleb Kingston, Ava Pierce, Colin Pierce, Michele Miller, Owen Lohr, Hunter Miller and Sadie Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
