He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Breeding and Abbie Hutchins Breeding. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Breeding; and his children, Denyse McLelland (Roger) of Farmington, Arkansas, Justin Breeding of Louisiana and Kevin Key (Reanna) of Columbus Arkansas. He is also survived by two granddaughters, two grandsons, two great-grandchildren and numerous friends.
