He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Toombs and Mildred Toombs. He is survived by: his wife Lois Toombs of Texarkana, AR; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Tim Heflin of Texarkana, AR; his grandchildren, Shelbi Stringfellow (Josh) of Centerton, AR and Jon Scott Snipe (Anna Disney) of Centerton, AR; his great grandchildren, Avery, Harper and Jaxon Stringfellow of Centerton, AR; and his sister Barbara Ryan (Jack) of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by niece and nephews, and other family, friends.
