We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2026, at the age of 85, Phyllis Louise Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lida Marie LaMont and Charles Nelson Saylor; her husband Melvin Smith; and her grandson Derek Moore. She is survived by: her children, Bill, Deby Smith of Texarkana, Arkansas, Lauri, Phillip Moore of Bald Knob, Arkansas, Beth and Manford Ferrell of Texarkana, Arkansas. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
