He is survived by: his wife Melba Hickson of Texarkana, AR; his children, Royce Hickson, Jr. (Lisa), Jeff Hickson (Cheryl) and Sheri Kinser of DeQueen, AR; and his sisters, Clara Carpenter of Atlanta, TX and Donna Surrett. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
